The Campbell

This home is spacious, coming in around 3,000sf. It is complete with a dedicated office space, a second primary suite on main, and an optional bonus space/income suite. This home will work beautifully on any lot, but the slopes of the Appalachian mountains were an inspiration with this design, so it will fit nicely on a sloped lot as well.
Bamboo Studio

This studio was designed for clients who had a lush bamboo stand, and wanted a studio flex space to be nestled on the edge. The concept is to have privacy from the entry side of the carport, and the studio space to be fully open to whatever view lies beyond. This space has a full bath, kitchenette, and a wall space available for a trundle bed. Keeping the space open leaves the function of this space to serve as you wish, whether you need a yoga studio, office, art studio, guest cottage, or rental.
